1. Product Representation

Clause: "While we strive for 100% accuracy, product colors and textures may vary slightly due to digital screen settings. Our 'unbreakable' claim refers to standard drop tests on floor surfaces; it does not cover intentional damage or extreme industrial misuse."

2. Order & Pricing

Clause: "All quotes provided via Facebook Ads are valid for 15 days. Mantra Engineering reserves the right to adjust wholesale pricing based on raw material (PET Resin) market fluctuations."

3. Shipping & Transit

Clause: "We take utmost care in packaging. For B2B bulk orders, the responsibility of the goods transfers to the buyer/transporter once the shipment leaves our Rajkot facility, unless otherwise specified in the Proforma Invoice."

4. Returns & Refunds

Clause: "Being a manufacturer, we offer replacements only for factory defects reported within 48 hours of delivery. We do not offer returns for 'change of mind' on bulk wholesale orders."

5. Privacy Policy

Clause: "Mantra Engineering is committed to protecting your privacy. Data collected through Meta Ads (Names, Contact Numbers, Locations) is used solely for business communication and order fulfillment."
